Refund Policy

You are entitled to cancel your order within 2 days without giving a reason, as long as the order has not been fulfilled and shipped. Once an order has been fulfilled, you will receive a "Fulfilled" email indicating that a Refund is not possible unless you return the goods. If you return the goods in the same condition as when they were shipped, we will issue a refund once we receive them.

In order to exercise your right of cancellation, you must inform us of your decision by means of a clear statement.

We will reimburse you within 2 business days of receiving your cancellation request. We will issue the refund to the same payment method used for the purchase. You will not incur any fees for this reimbursement.
